目的:观察香丹注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性和血小板聚集的影响。方法:以sc大剂量盐酸肾上腺素加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,尾静脉iv给予药物,于末次给药0.5 h后颈总动脉插管放血,分别测定全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率等指标。结果:香丹注射液能够降低急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原含量,并能够抑制模型大鼠血小板聚集率的升高。结论:香丹注射液具有改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变性和抑制血小板聚集的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xiangdan injection on hemorheology and platelet aggregation in acute blood stasis model rats. Methods: A rat model of acute blood stasis was induced by adrenergic injection of sc with high dose of epinephrine hydrochloride and ice-water bath. The caudal vein iv was given drug. The carotid arteries were cannulated and bleeding was performed 0.5 h after the last administration. Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, Protein, platelet aggregation rate and other indicators. Results: Xiangdan injection can reduce whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen content in acute blood stasis model rats, and can inhibit platelet aggregation rate in model rats. Conclusion: Xiangdan injection can improve blood rheology and inhibit platelet aggregation in acute blood stasis model rats.
