黎族是我国主要的少数民族之一,世代聚居在海南岛的中、西、南部,人口达百万余.黎族人民在长期的生产劳动生活娱乐过程中形成了自己独特的民间传统体育文化,这些传统体育文化是中华体育丰富的宝藏之一,它虽屡遭历代统治阶级的摧残,但由于传统体育项目来之于民,长之于民,为民众所喜闻乐见,已深得民心,深入民心.因此,多少年来它们广为流传,绝大部分项目得于保存至今,显示了它们广泛的群众基础,顽强的生命活力.笔者认为,黎族民间传统体育文化,既有民族性,也有独特性.只有研究一个民族的传统体育文化,才能继承其精华、扬弃其糟粕,使它们更好地发展,为我国的体育事业增添华彩.本文就

The author believes that the traditional folk culture of Li nationality has both nationality and uniqueness. To study a nation’s traditional sports culture, can it inherit its essence, discard its dregs, make them develop better and add gorgeous color to our country’s sports career.
