涂药焊条的手工焊将发展成单一用途的焊条,铁粉焊条,高强钢用填充材料,及长的依焊(重力焊)焊条。但是,手工焊接仍将被熔化极气体保护焊及管状焊丝的焊接所代替。虽然在堆焊方面仍将较多地使用埋弧焊方法,然而,在连接大厚度零件时,将采用单道立焊。电子束焊接的使用将越来越广,其中,非真空电子束焊接亦将加以考虑。摩擦焊接也会取得进展,特别是由于采用了反馈和适宜的控制系统,焊接质量将有所提高。
Hand-coated welding electrode will be developed into a single use of welding rod, iron powder electrode, high-strength steel filler, and according to the long-welding (gravity welding) electrode. However, manual welding is still being replaced by welding of GMAW and tubular welding wire. Although the use of submerged arc welding method will still be more used in surfacing, however, single-pass vertical welding will be used when connecting large thickness parts. Electron beam welding will be more widely used, of which non-vacuum electron beam welding will also be taken into account. Friction welding will also make progress, especially due to the feedback and the appropriate control system, which will improve the welding quality.
