本文围绕泥浆泵技术发展中存在的问题,对泥浆泵基本参数、额定功率和结构型式的选择提出了建议。建议在泥浆泵设计中,适当增加冲程长度,合理降低额定泵速,控制活塞最大瞬时加速度及积极慎重地发展“中速”泵。作者提出了“中速”泵系列参数方案,主张泥浆泵实现单独驱动,打浅井不一定用小功率泵,打深井也不一定全部使用特大功率的泵,强调要按机械钻速和钻井总成本进行综合评价。
This paper focuses on the existing problems in the development of mud pump technology and puts forward some suggestions on the selection of mud pump basic parameters, rated power and structure type.
