今年,陕西省农电系统刮起了一场反贪肃贿、清除腐败的红色风暴。检察机关先后在省农电系统立案侦查职务犯罪案件46件,其中大要案27件,涉及厅级干部4人、处级干部16人,涉案资金高达4000余万元。从原局长王文学(正厅级)、副局长刘健民(副厅级)、总经济师李菊萍(副厅级)、总工程师苏锦厚(副厅级),到农电局处室、下属的榆林供电局及县级电力局,共有49名领导干部被立案查处或判刑。通过办案,为国家挽回直接经济损失和避免国有资产流失达6.4亿元。在以王文学为首的陕西省农电系统窝案串案中,落马的贪官人数之多,官员的职位之高,涉案的数额之大,造成的损失之重触目惊心,被人们称之为“陕西一号反腐大案”。
