1 前言近年来,为了降低炼铁生产成本,大都是向高炉内喷吹粉煤。当高炉内喷吹大量粉煤后,就会因粉煤燃烧不完全和焦炭粉化而产生大量的粉体,并随着煤气在高炉料柱内移动。当部分粉体产生局部滞留,便会影响料柱的透气性,也就是说,在喷吹大量粉煤的高炉操作上,粉体的局部滞留现象是影响炉内煤气流分布和透气性的主要因素。因此,
