知识是一种最有价值的战略资源,学科服务中学科馆员的知识流动是一个动态、复杂的过程,是学科服务创新的重要途径。在分析学科服务、学科馆员及其知识流动的内涵基础上,初步搭建学科服务中学科馆员的知识流动模型。该模型由知识流动、知识分享与交流、知识整合、知识创新4个基本环节组成学科服务中学科馆员知识流动的螺旋式上升运动态势,四者之间相互依存、单向循环的关系,在不断增加知识池中知识存量的基础上,共同作用于学科服务核心竞争力,满足用户的知识需求。研究结果表明,该模型为学科服务管理者提高学科馆员的知识流动意愿提供了可借鉴的依据,也为知识管理在学科服务的有效实施提供了新的视角与方法。文章最后给出几点政策性建议。
Knowledge is one of the most valuable strategic resources. The knowledge flow of subject librarians in disciplinary services is a dynamic and complicated process and an important way to innovate the discipline services. Based on the analysis of the connotation of subject services, subject librarians and their knowledge flow, the knowledge flow model of subject librarians in discipline service is initially established. The model consists of four aspects: knowledge flow, knowledge sharing and exchange, knowledge integration, and knowledge innovation, which constitute the spiraling movement of subject librarians in disciplinary services. The relationship between the four is interdependence and one-way circulation. Based on the knowledge pool in the knowledge pool, the core competencies of disciplines serve to meet the user’s knowledge needs. The results show that this model provides a basis for academic service managers to improve the willingness of knowledge transfer of subject librarians, and provides a new perspective and method for knowledge management in the effective implementation of subject services. Finally, the article gives a few policy recommendations.
