根据液晶的电光效应和利奥滤波器的原理设计了利奥型液晶电光调谐滤波器 ,并且从理论上和实验上证明了其可行性 ;为了克服其在红外波段的缺点 ,设计了法布里珀罗腔液晶可调谐滤波器 ,并且给出了理论模拟。理论模拟证明法布里珀罗腔液晶可调谐滤波器具有调谐范围大、带宽窄的优点。
According to the electro-optic effect of liquid crystal and the principle of Leo filter, Leo-type LC electro-optic tunable filter is designed, and its feasibility is verified theoretically and experimentally. In order to overcome its shortcomings in the infrared band, Fabry Perot cavity liquid crystal tunable filter, and gives the theoretical simulation. Theoretical simulation proves that Fabry-Perot cavity liquid crystal tunable filter has the advantages of large tuning range and narrow bandwidth.
