本文叙述了陕西地区干旱灾害的发生频次、季节性、地区分布及持续多年干旱发生的重现期。对其成因条件作了基本分析。并提出今后防旱减灾应采取的措施和对策。 This paper describes the occurrence frequency, seasonal distribution and regional distribution of drought disasters in Shaanxi Province and the recurrence period of occurrence of drought for many years. The causes of the conditions made a basic analysis. And put forward the measures and countermeasures that should be taken to combat drought and reduce disaster in the future.
