目的:了解民办高校护理学专业学生营养知信行方面的现状和其中存在的问题。以便改进其营养教育模式和制定营养干预措施,提高她们的营养水平。方法:自行设计营养KAP调查问卷,采用整群分层随机抽样的方式,共对12个班480人进行问卷调查。结果:营养知识的知晓情况:营养知识知晓率大三学生>大二学生>大一学生。营养态度:三个年级学生的营养态度均较好,年级间比较,差异不大。营养行为:随着营养知识的增高,从大一到大三,学生依据食物的口味或饮食习惯选择食物的人数比例不断下降,而依据营养需求选择食物的比例不断增高。结论:营养知识是医学知识的一部分,规律学习生活,家庭的饮食习惯是影响学生膳食行为的主要因素之一;食品种类多样性及价格影响学生的饮食,在营养膳食方面,学生的知信行是统一的。
Objective: To understand the current status and problems of nutrition knowledge and practice in nursing students of private colleges and universities. In order to improve their nutritional education model and formulate nutritional interventions to improve their nutritional status. Methods: Self-designed nutritional KAP questionnaires were used. A total of 480 people in 12 classes were surveyed using cluster stratified random sampling. Results: Knowledge of nutrition knowledge: Knowledge of nutrition knowledge Grade 3 students> Sophomore students> Freshman students. Nutritional Attitudes: The nutritional attitudes of the three grades students are good, and there is little difference between the grades. Nutritional behaviors: With the increase of nutritional knowledge, the proportion of students who choose foods based on food taste or eating habits has been declining continuously from the freshman year to the junior year, and the proportion of foods selected based on nutritional needs has continuously increased. Conclusion: Nutrition knowledge is part of medical knowledge. Regular learning of life, the family’s eating habits is one of the main factors affecting students’ dietary behavior; the diversity of food types and prices affect the students’ diet. In the nutrition diet, the students’ knowledge and faith are Uniform.
