随着市场经济的发展,如果提高客户服务水平,有效的增加客户已经成为企业发展的关键问题。呼叫中心因为便利的服务形式、先进的技术已经成为各大企业发展客户的重要选择,作为提高服务水平和质量的有效手段,呼叫中心在企业中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文先简单介绍了呼叫中心在国内的发展现状,然后阐述了提高呼叫中心服务水平和质量的三个重要途径,最后对呼叫中心在提升服务水平中起到的作用进行了详细的分析。
With the development of market economy, if customers improve their service level, effective customer increase has become a key issue for the development of enterprises. Call center because of the convenient service form, advanced technology has become an important choice for the development of large enterprises, as an effective means to improve service quality and quality, call center in the enterprise plays an increasingly important role. This article briefly introduces the status quo of the development of call centers in China, and then elaborates three important ways to improve the service level and quality of call centers.
