随着经济的发展和城镇化进程的加快,中国房地产市场获得了前所未有的发展动力,小产权房也相伴而生,但因得不到法律支持被普遍看作非法。中央虽三令五申要予以清理和制止,小产权房却明堵暗涌,愈演愈烈。本文坚持客观公正的立场,以联系、发展、全面的眼光分析小产权房相关问题,辩证看待小产权房的现实存在、产生原因及解决思路,通过对小产权房全面深刻的探讨和剖析,寻求小产权房问题的解决良策。
With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, China’s real estate market has gained unprecedented momentum of development. Small property houses have also come into being. However, the lack of legal support is generally regarded as illegal.
