高职教师在教学过程中应注重理论知识的实际应用能力的培养,以提高学生在市场中的就业竞争力。这一体验式教学就决定传动灌输式的教学模式在高职教学过程中不再适用,尤其对市场营销这门课程而言,传统灌输式教学模式的应用极有可能造成部分学生对该门课程的反感,继而影响学习效果,因此这些年,高职院校加大了对体验式教学在市场营销教学过程中的应用,并取得了良好的教学成绩,接下来笔者将根据自身的经验对体验式教学法在高职院校职场营销教学中的具体应用进行详细的分析,以供今后教学参考使用。
