普通机制砂的不良级配影响了混凝土性能。在控制塌落度接近的条件下,对比了河砂、铜尾矿及铁尾矿部分取代机制砂制备混凝土的工作性、抗压强度、弹性模量及抗氯离子渗透性能。研究表明铜尾矿及铁尾矿的掺入增大了混凝土的用水量,改善了混凝土综合工作性;河砂和铜尾矿的掺入增加了混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量及抗氯离子渗透性;铁尾矿由于细度过大,其掺入增加了混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能,但降低了抗压强度及弹性模量。采用较粗的尾矿和机制砂制备混合砂可以改善混凝土的性能。
The poor grading of common mechanism sand affects concrete performance. Under the condition of controlling the slump, the workability, compressive strength, modulus of elasticity and resistance to chloride ion permeability of concrete prepared by replacing sand with sand, copper tailings and iron tailings are compared. The research shows that the incorporation of copper tailings and iron tailings increases the water consumption of concrete and improves the comprehensive workability of concrete. The incorporation of river sand and copper tailings increases the compressive strength, elastic modulus and chlorine resistance of concrete Ion permeability; iron ore tailings due to excessive fine, which incorporates increased resistance to concrete chloride ion permeability, but reduces the compressive strength and elastic modulus. The use of coarser tailings and sand to prepare mixed sand can improve the performance of concrete.
