应用文写作看似简单,有固定的格式,一看就懂,实则不然。有的应用文写得不很规范,其中一个很重要的原因在于应用文的语言运用不得要领。笔者认为,要尽快掌握应用文的写作技巧,应熟悉应用文的语言特色。应用文的语言特色主要是: 一、简洁、平实、庄重不同功能的文章,对语言要求也不一样。应用文是“应时”、“应事”之作,是处理事务、解决问题的工具,它的语言以应用性为准
Applicative writing seems simple and has a fixed format. At first glance, it will be understood, but in reality it is not. Some of the application articles are not very standardized, and one of the important reasons is that the application language is inconceivable.
