肿瘤多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)是指肿瘤细胞对一种抗肿瘤药物产生耐药性的同时,对结构和作用机制完全不同的多种抗肿瘤药物也产生交叉耐药性。肿瘤MDR是化疗失败的重要原因。与MDR有关的许多药物是临床上常用的化疗剂,如:多柔比星、柔红霉素、长春新碱、放线菌素D、丝裂霉素等一线药物。MDR的存在使临床医生在选择药物上非常棘手,大大限制了抗肿瘤药物疗效的发挥,因此解决肿瘤MDR是提高化疗疗效的关键。
Multidrug resistance (MDR) refers to the multidrug resistance of tumor cells to a variety of antitumor drugs whose structure and mechanism of action are completely different, while they are resistant to an anti-tumor drug. Tumor MDR is an important cause of chemotherapy failure. Many MDR-related drugs are commonly used in clinical chemotherapy, such as: doxorubicin, daunorubicin, vincristine, actinomycin D, mitomycin and other first-line drugs. The existence of MDR makes it very difficult for clinicians to choose drugs, which greatly limits the efficacy of anti-tumor drugs. Therefore, solving the problem of tumor MDR is the key to improve the curative effect of chemotherapy.
