目的:探讨水飞法炮制对雄黄中可溶性硫和砷含量的影响,揭示水飞法炮制雄黄的科学意义。方法:采用硫离子选择电极法和氢化物发生-原子吸收法测定雄黄生品和水飞法炮制雄黄中可溶性硫和砷的含量。两种方法均灵敏、可靠、回收率高。结果:与雄黄生品相比,水飞法炮制雄黄样品中可溶性硫含量显著增加(P<0.05),可溶性砷含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:雄黄中可溶性硫水平的增加与砷水平的降低可能是水飞法炮制雄黄具有减毒增效的原因。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of water-fly method on the content of soluble sulfur and arsenic in realgar, and to reveal the scientific significance of real-time processing of realgar by water-fly method. Methods: The contents of soluble sulfur and arsenic in realgar were determined by sulfur ion selective electrode and hydride generation - atomic absorption spectrometry. Both methods are sensitive, reliable, high recovery. Results: Compared with the realgar, the content of soluble sulfur in processed realgar increased significantly (P <0.05) and the content of soluble arsenic significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The increase of soluble sulfur and the decrease of arsenic level in realgar may be the reason of attenuated and synergistic effect of realgar produced by the method of water-fly.
