用水平淀粉凝胶电泳仪对怀头鲇肌肉和肝脏的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)以及肝脏的酯酶(EST)进行了电泳。肌肉和肝脏的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)都只有1条酶带,肝脏的酯酶(EST)有2条酶带。表明怀头鲇的LDH由一对等位基因上的一个位点所控制,EST由一对等位基因上的二个位点所控制。
The lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH) in muscle and liver and esterase (EST) in liver were electrophoresed by horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. There are only 1 enzyme band for lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in muscle and liver and 2 enzyme bands in liver esterase (EST). It is shown that the LDH in capitatum is controlled by a single locus on one pair of alleles, and the EST is controlled by two loci on one pair of alleles.
