目的 :探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术加电气化术 (TURBT +TVBT)治疗浅表性膀胱癌的效果。方法 :应用TURBT +TVBT治疗浅性膀胱癌 2 2例。结果 :手术时间平均 32min ,随访 4～ 35个月 ,2 0例未见复发 ,2例复发后再次行TURBT +TVBT。结论 :TURBT +TVBT治疗浅表性膀胱癌疗效满意。
Objective: To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor combined with electrosurgery (TURBT + TVBT) in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer. Methods: TURBT + TVBT treatment of shallow bladder cancer in 22 cases. Results: The average operation time was 32 minutes and followed up for 4 to 35 months. No recurrence was found in 20 cases and TURBT + TVBT was performed again in 2 cases. Conclusion: TURBT + TVBT is effective in treating superficial bladder cancer.
