以氯化铟和硫化钠为原料,以不同的离子液体为溶剂,采用离子热法合成了不同结构、形貌的硫化铟纳米材料。用XRD、SEM、TEM对产物结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:经150℃恒温24 h,在离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐中得到四方相结构六边形片状的硫化铟,而在1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐中得到的是立方相结构花球状形貌的硫化铟。FTIR结果表明,离子液体在反应过程中起到重要作用。对片状硫化铟的紫外可见光谱及光致发光性能也进行了表征。
Indium sulfide and indium sulfide were used as raw materials and different ionic liquids were used as solvent to synthesize indium sulfide nanomaterials with different structures and morphologies by ionothermal method. The structure and morphology of the product were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. The results showed that hexagonal plate-shaped indium sulfide was obtained in 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ionic liquid at 150 ℃ for 24 h, while in 1-butyl-3-methyl Imidazole tetrafluoroborate is obtained in cubic phase flower globular morphology of indium sulfide. FTIR results show that ionic liquids play an important role in the reaction process. The UV-Vis spectra and photoluminescence properties of flake indium sulfide were also characterized.
