随着我国企业的快速发展,切实加强企业的纪检监察工作对于一个企业的整体发展起着重要的作用。企业应该紧密结合自身的实际情况,充分发挥纪检监督职能的作用,提高纪检监督的水平,增强企业纪检监督的制衡力,从而更好地适应经济体制的转变,为我国的可持续发展做出应有的贡献。本文针对加强企业的纪检监督工作展开讨论,一方面分析了企业加强纪检监督工作的必要性,另一方面也提出了加强企业纪检监督工作的方式。
