本文详细论述了板料成型性能指数n、r值的物理意义及其对各种钣金率件成型工艺性的影响，结合典型成型工艺，利用钣金冷压成型原理，对n、r值的具体影响进行了分析研究，得出了一些针对具体成型工艺的一般规律性的结论。将本文的一些概念和分析研究的结果同具体的生产实践相结合，则会对促进生产和提高成型件的质量有一定的指导意义。
This paper discusses in detail the physical meaning of sheet forming performance index n, r value and its impact on the forming process of various sheet metal parts. Combined with the typical forming process, using the sheet metal cold forming principle, The specific impact of the analysis were studied, reached a number of specific molding process for the general rule of the conclusion. Combining some of the concepts presented in this paper with the results of analytical studies with specific production practices will provide some guidance for the promotion of production and improvement of the quality of the molded parts.
