裂头蚴病系裂头涤虫的幼虫在一定的情况下侵入人体而产生裂头蚴病(Sparganosis)。此病在东南亚各地报告者有数百例,在我国南方地区均有记录,北方也有。现将我院诊断裂头蚴病一例报道如下: 患者男,11岁,鹿寨县平山乡人,学生。住院号:90—2015。于1989年8月下旬突然右上睑内侧肿胀、红、痒,无压痛,无外伤,无服生蛙肉和用生蛙肉治牙痛史。肿胀逐日加重,最大时如指头,不发热。大便仅有少许蛔虫卵,血象正常。上述症状反复发作九个月,曾辗转在柳州、南宁等地医院治疗。X线
