教学质量是一所学校生存与发展的根本保证,“强国需强教,强教先强师”。教师队伍的建设是提高学校教学质量的必备条件,是实施素质教育的关键,也是保证学校教育持续性发展的基础性工作。拥有一支高素质的教师队伍,是建设高职院校必不可少的力量,而中青年骨干教师的培养是建设高素质教师队伍的关键。而如何培养中青年骨干教师是每一所高职院校必须面临并解决的一个重要难题,为此,针对高职院校发展的实际,根据我校的实际情况对中青年骨干教师的培养作如下探讨。
