绩效考核是企业日常经营管理中一个重要环节,也是企业实现战略目标的重要保障。但是现实中,很多企业缺乏系统的绩效考核方式,或者绩效考核与企业战略目标脱节,使得绩效考核的真正效用没有很好发挥出来。本文引入平衡计分卡(Balanced Scorecard,以下简称“BSC”),这种基于战略目标的绩效考核方式,结合企业在绩效考核中存在的问题和战略目标,设定考核指标以及探究设计考核体系在企业中的应用。
Performance appraisal is an important part of the daily operation and management of an enterprise and also an important guarantee for a company to achieve its strategic objectives. However, in reality, many enterprises lack the systematic performance appraisal method or the performance appraisal is out of step with the strategic goal of the enterprise, making the real utility of performance appraisal not well exerted. This paper introduces Balanced Scorecard (hereinafter referred to as “BSC”), which is based on the strategic objectives of performance appraisal methods, combined with business problems in the performance appraisal and strategic objectives, set the assessment indicators and inquiry design assessment System in the enterprise application.
