目的了解药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况及其给病人带来的危害。方法对51例ADR病例报告进行分类统计和分析。结果引起ADR的药物共25个品种,其中抗菌药居首位,其次为中草药制剂、循环系统药。合并用药占33.3%;途径以静脉用药为主。主要的ADR类型为皮肤及其附件损害,其次是循环系统、胃肠道系统、全身性损害。无严重的ADR病例,结论应充分认识ADR监测的重要性,促进合理用药。
Objective To understand the incidence of adverse drug reaction (ADR) and its harm to patients. Methods 51 cases of ADR cases were classified statistics and analysis. Results A total of 25 varieties of drugs that caused ADR were found, among which antibacterials ranked first, followed by Chinese herbal preparations and circulatory system drugs. Combined medication accounted for 33.3%; route to intravenous drug-based. The main types of ADR damage the skin and its appendages, followed by the circulatory system, the gastrointestinal system, and systemic damage. No serious ADR cases, the conclusion should fully understand the importance of ADR monitoring and promote rational drug use.
