目的通过对福州市社区卫生服务机构健康教育工作比较分析,为调整社区健康教育策略提供参考。方法采用总体调查方法,利用自行设计健康教育问卷,调查福州市社区卫生服务机构2007年和2012年的健康教育工作,并进行对比分析。结果 2007年调查182家社区卫生服务机构,2012年调查165家社区卫生服务机构。两次调查显示健康教育工作人员学历不高、多为兼职人员、培训率低。社区卫生服务中心2007年主要困难是经费、人员和宣传材料不足,分别为88.89%、81.48%和70.37%,2012年主要问题是人员不足、社区居民不接受、健康讲座无场地,分别为78.72%、57.45%和38.30%;社区卫生服务中心2007年希望在经费、宣传材料和组织培训方面得到的支持,分别为100.00%、85.18%和81.48%,在2012年时最希望在组织经验交流、培训和参观考察方面得到支持,分别为85.11%、82.98%和70.21%。2007年和2012年两次调查显示,社区卫生服务站5年间健康教育工作主要困难均是经费、人员及宣传材料不足,工作需求均为经费、组织培训和增发宣传材料。结论 5年间,福州市社区卫生服务机构健康教育工作有所提高,且社区卫生服务中心优于社区卫生服务站。建议进一步完善健康教育相应政策,支持社区卫生服务机构有效地开展健康教育工作。
Objective To compare and analyze the health education in community health service agencies in Fuzhou, and provide references for adjusting community health education strategies. Methods The overall survey method was used to design health education questionnaire to investigate the health education of community health service agencies in Fuzhou City in 2007 and 2012 and make comparative analysis. Results A total of 182 community health service agencies were investigated in 2007 and 165 community health service agencies were surveyed in 2012. Two surveys show that health education staff are not highly educated, mostly part-time staff, low training rate. The main difficulties of community health service centers in 2007 were funds, personnel and publicity materials, which were 88.89%, 81.48% and 70.37% respectively. The main problems in 2012 were lack of staff, community residents did not accept and no health talks were held, accounting for 78.72% , 57.45% and 38.30% respectively. In 2007, CHC hopes to receive 100.00%, 85.18% and 81.48% of the funds, publicity materials and organizational training respectively. In 2012, the community health service center hopes to organize exchange of experience and training And visits to study were supported, respectively 85.11%, 82.98% and 70.21%. The two surveys in 2007 and 2012 show that the main difficulties of health education in community health service stations during the five years are the funding, lack of personnel and publicity materials, funding for work requirements, organization of training and issuance of promotional materials. Conclusion During the five years, health education in community health service agencies in Fuzhou has been improved, and community health service centers are superior to community health service stations. Suggestions to further improve the health education policy to support community health service agencies to carry out effective health education.
