VPO/SiO2催化对甲氧基甲苯(PMOT)氨氧化制备精细化学品大茴香腈(MOBN).在内径为20mm的连续流动固定床反应器上进行工艺条件正交实验和单因素实验.研究了反应温度、空气比、氨气比以及空间速度对PMOT转化率、MOBN摩尔产率和选择性的影响,确定最适宜的反应条件为:温度603K,PMOT:NH3:Air=1:12:30,空间速度为564h-1.在此条件下,PMOT转化率为98%,MOBN产率63%,选择性达64.3%.经气相色谱分析,产品纯度高于99%.
VPO / SiO2 Catalyzed POM Ammonia Oxidation to Prepare Fine Chemical Aminonitrile (MOBN). Orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments were carried out on a continuous flow fixed bed reactor with an inner diameter of 20 mm. The effects of reaction temperature, air ratio, ammonia ratio and space velocity on the conversion of PMOT and the molar yield and selectivity of MOBN were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: temperature 603K, PMOT: NH3: Air = 1:12: 30, the space velocity is 564h-1. Under these conditions, PMOT conversion was 98%, MOBN yield was 63% and selectivity was 64.3%. By gas chromatography, product purity higher than 99%.
