激励理论是一种概念,具有内涵丰富的特点,与人的动机、情感以及意志都具有密不可分的联系。机关事业单位的政治思想工作人员在实际进行思想政治工作时,应根据实际情况对该项理论进行合理运用,这种方式不仅对思想政治工作的顺利开展有意义,还对社会与经济发展有重要意义。首先对激励理论的概念进行阐述,然后对事业单位中存在的问题进行分析,最后对激励理论的实际应用进行探讨。
Incentive theory is a kind of concept, which has rich connotation and is inextricably linked with human motivation, emotion and will. Political and ideological staff in government agencies and public institutions should make rational use of this theory according to the actual situation when actually conducting ideological and political work. This method is not only meaningful for the smooth development of ideological and political work, but also important for social and economic development significance. Firstly, the concept of incentive theory is elaborated, and then the problems existing in the institution are analyzed. Finally, the practical application of incentive theory is discussed.
