一、鞘膜积液:邱某,男,2岁。右侧睾丸肿胀,呈晶莹积水状,大如鸭蛋。西医诊断为鞘膜积液,拒绝手术,而转中医诊治。症见:面色不华,精神呆滞,腹胀而软,纳差、便稀、溲少,指纹淡红,舌嫩苔白。证属中医“疝气”、“偏坠”的范畴,乃脾肾阳虚,膀胱气化不利,水液停积肾囊所致。法当温阳益气,化气行水。方选五苓散化裁:茯苓10克,猪苓10克,泽泻10克,白术10克肉桂5克,防已10克,黄芪10克,小茴5克,橘核5克,甘草2克。共进六剂,积液排除,两侧睾丸对称而告愈。为巩固疗效,继以补中益气加肉桂,五剂。随访三年,未见复发。

The prescription is divided into five formulas: 10 grams of Poria, 10 grams of Poria, 10 grams of Alisma, 5 grams of cinnamon, 10 grams of Atractylodes Rhizome, 10 grams of Astragalus, 10 grams of Astragalus, 5 grams of Fennel, 5 grams of orange, and 2 of Licorice 2 Grams. A total of six doses were taken and the effusion was eliminated. Both sides of the testicles were symmetrical and recovered. In order to consolidate the curative effect, follow up Buzhongyiqi plus cinnamon and five doses. After three years of follow-up, no recurrence occurred.
