我叫苏万春,是永吉县三中的教师。我刚参加工作时,常听一些教师说:“其实,教师入党并不是什么难事,只要教学业绩突出,就能入党。”我当时认为此话有一定道理。于是,我早起晚归,只顾钻研教材、教法,对学校、班级和学生的事情很少关心。几年过去了,我的教学业绩虽然取得了一些,但责任心、事业心、工作热情却有所下降,感觉到与党组织的距离非但没有接近,反而疏远了。此时,我困惑了。我主动和校党支部谈了自己的想法。在校党支部的关心与帮助下,我开始认识到:教学业绩突出仅是向党组织迈进的一个必要条件。教师党员不仅教学业
