目的 :建立同时测定咖普苯片中咖啡因、盐酸普萘洛尔、苯妥英钠 3组分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 :采用In ertsil-ODS柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 - 0 2mol·mL-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (5 0∶43∶2 ) ,流速 1 0mL·min-1,检测波长 2 30nm ,外标法计算。结果 :线性范围分别是 :咖啡因 2 0~ 16 0 μg·mL-1,r =0 9998;盐酸普萘洛尔 3~ 2 4μg·mL-1,r =0 9995 ;苯妥英钠 35~ 2 80 μg·mL-1,r =0 9999。回收率 :咖啡因 10 0 3 % ;盐酸普萘洛尔 10 0 7% ;苯妥英钠98 6 %。结论 :本方法分离效果好 ,辅料无干扰 ,快速、简便 ,适用于该制剂 3组分的同时测定
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of caffeine, propranolol hydrochloride and phenytoin 3 in cappodipine tablets. Methods: In ertsil-ODS column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-0 2mol · mL-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (50:43:2), the flow rate was 10 mL · min- Standard calculation. Results: The linear ranges were: caffeine 20 ~ 160 μg · mL -1, r = 0 9998; propranolol hydrochloride 3 ~ 2 4 μg · mL -1, r = 0 9995; sodium phenytoin 35 ~ 280 μg · mL-1, r = 0 9999. Recovery rate: caffeine 10 0 3%; Propranolol hydrochloride 1007%; Phenytoin 98 6%. Conclusion: The method has good separation effect, no interference with excipients, quick and easy, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of the three components of the preparation
