目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定全蝎中胆甾醇的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱YWG-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇;检测波长:208nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:胆甾醇在0.102~0.510mg/mL范围内与峰面积值的线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为98.39%,RSD为1.95%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便可行,快速准确,可用于全蝎中胆甾醇的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cholesterol in scorpion by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The column was YWG-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol. The detection wavelength was 208 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. RESULTS: Cholesterol had a good linear relationship with peak area (r = 0.9996) in the range of 0.102-0.510 mg / mL with an average recovery of 98.39% and a RSD of 1.95% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the determination of cholesterol in Scorpio.
