基于温度特征的单道激光熔覆翘曲变形

针对同步送粉式单层单道激光熔覆过程,利用已验证的有限元模型和ANSYS软件分析了其温度场特征。依据加热区-脉冲区的分界点和任意时刻基板上表面温度曲线的峰值点,以两几何平面截取单道熔覆模型,获得用于翘曲变形分析的截面体。通过分析熔覆层上表面以及基板上、下表面在整个熔覆过程中的应力/应变状态,发现该截面体模型会依次出现反向、正向弯曲,熔覆零件在宏观上则表现为朝向激光束的翘曲变形。最后对单道熔覆过程基板翘变的原因进行了归纳总结。 Aiming at the problem of synchronous powder feeding single-layer single-pass laser cladding process, the characteristics of temperature field were analyzed by the verified FEA model and ANSYS software. According to the peak point of the temperature curve of the heating zone and the pulse zone and the temperature curve of the substrate surface at any time, the single-pass cladding model is cut in two geometric planes to obtain the cross-section body used for warpage analysis.
