音乐疗法自二十世纪八十年代传入我国以后,逐渐成为一门应用性较强的心理疗法,它以大众喜爱的音乐为媒介,强调“情绪决定认知”的心理学模式,受到人们的关注和喜爱。本文作者面对高校大学生这样一个活跃又敏感的特殊群体大胆提出设想,将音乐心理学疗法应用于音乐课堂,以解决当代大学生普遍出现的一系列心理问题,为丰富和发展学校的心理健康教育作出力所能及的新探索。
