知识时代谁掌握核心技能,谁拥有更多人才,谁就能拥有竞争力。人才在电网企业的发展中起着重要作用。电网企业应该要制定科学的激励机制,激发他们的工作积极性,才能为企业创造更多的价值。但现实中,许多电网企业没有意识到激励机制建设的重要性,导致高技能人才的流失。在此背景下本文首先对电网企业高技能人才激励机制的建设存在的问题进行探讨,然后结合这些问题找到应对策略,以激发电网企业高技能人才的工作热情,推动其良好发展。
Who have the core skills in the knowledge age, who have more talent, who can have a competitive edge. Talent plays an important role in the development of power grid enterprises. Grid companies should develop scientific incentives to stimulate their enthusiasm for work in order to create more value for the enterprise. However, in reality, many power grid enterprises are not aware of the importance of the construction of incentive mechanism, resulting in the loss of highly skilled personnel. In this context, this paper first discusses the problems existing in the construction of incentives for high-skilled personnel in power grids, and then finds solutions to these problems in order to arouse the enthusiasm of highly skilled personnel in power grids and promote their sound development.
