以2-甲基萘(工业级)和空气中氧为原料,通过不同反应温度和单管空气流量,在工业级单管装置上考察了自制钒系催化剂催化氧化制2-甲基-1,4-萘醌的活性、选择性和稳定性;并利用X粉末衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等表征方法对催化剂反应前后形貌和晶相结构进行表征。结果表明,反应温度390℃,单管空气流量4.5 m3/h,甲基萘转化率不低于64%,2-甲基-1,4-萘醌选择性可达35%以上,2-甲基-1,4-萘醌单程质量收率大于24%;催化剂反应前后外观形貌基本一致,物相稳定。工业级单管试验与实验室结果重现性高。
2-methylnaphthalene (industrial grade) and air oxygen as raw materials, through the different reaction temperatures and single tube air flow on an industrial-scale single-tube device investigated the catalytic oxidation of 2-methyl-1, 4-naphthoquinone. The X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the morphology and crystal phase of the catalyst. The results showed that the selectivity of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone was above 35% for 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone at the reaction temperature of 390 ℃, air flow rate of 4.5 m3 / The mass yield of 1,4-naphthoquinone was more than 24%. The appearance and morphology of the catalyst before and after the reaction were basically consistent and the phase was stable. Industrial single tube test and laboratory results reproducible.
