对宣钢高炉提高喷吹烟煤比及煤比的生产实践进行了总结。通过采取强化工艺管理、解决高烟煤比喷吹系统安全问题、改善炉缸工作状况、提高煤焦置换比、调整高炉操作制度等措施,取得了良好的效果。
This paper summarizes the production practice of increasing the ratio of bituminous coal and coal to the blast furnace of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co. By adopting measures such as strengthening process management, solving the safety problems of high bituminous coal injection system, improving the working condition of hearth and hearth, increasing coal replacement ratio and adjusting blast furnace operation system, good results have been achieved.
