杨会计名谁?1933年6月18日被国民党军统特务暗杀于上海的爱国著名人士杨杏佛先生是也。先生年少留美,在哈佛大学攻工商管理,学成归国。为求专业对口,于1918～1919年间在汉冶萍公司汉阳铁厂谋得一个会计席位。大概是受美国资本主义工商管理的影响,他看不惯铁厂不把工人当人的封建专制管理方法,一年后即辞职到南京高等师范学校教书。(见四川《龙门阵》1992年第1期,杨小佛:《怀念父亲杨杏佛》。) 以人为鉴,由杨会计—杨杏佛先生的“辞职”使我想到了:
Who is Yang’s accountant? Mr. Yang Xingfu, a patriotic figure who was assassinated in Shanghai on June 18, 1933, by the KMT’s military secret service. Mr. Young, who is studying in the United States, is studying business administration at Harvard University and has returned to study abroad. For the sake of professional counterparts, in 1918 ~ 1919 in Han Ye Ping Hanyang Iron and Steel Company to find an accounting seat. Probably influenced by the American industrialist management of capitalism, he could not understand the feudal autocratic management method that the ironworks did not regard workers as one person, and resigned one year later to teach at the Nanjing Normal Normal School. (See “Longmen array”, 1992, No. 1, Yang Xiaofu: “Miss my father, Yang Xingfu.”) Taking people as a guide, Yang’s account - Mr. Yang Xingfu’s “resignation” reminds me of:
