城市沿革大庆是一座年轻的城市。1959年9月26日,松基三井喷出工业油流。正值国庆十周年大庆,黑龙江省委第一书记欧阳钦欣然提议,把油井所在的大同镇改为大庆镇。以后石油部决定将油田命名为大庆油田。这便是大庆城市的基础。1960年5月26日,油田所在的黑龙江省安达县撤县设市。1979年12月14日,安达市更名为大庆市。1983年9月30日,大庆市与大庆石油管理局分离。从此地企同处一城,共同建设着这座美丽的北方高科技现代化城市。
