角度调谐双信号光运转准相位匹配光学参量的产生

利用声光调Q Nd:YVO_4激光器输出的1064 nm激光抽运周期极化掺氧化镁LiNbO_3(PPMgLN)晶体,实现了角度调谐的双信号光运转准相位匹配(QPM)光参量输出。PPMgLN晶体长50 mm,具有周期相位反转结构,极化周期29.6μm,相位反转周期6.808 mm,利用外加电场极化法制作,极化沿晶体的z向进行。在晶体外部旋转角度为0°~8°范围内,实现了双信号光波在1474.8~1479 nm和1489.5~1495.2 nm波段的快速调谐输出。对角度调谐准相位匹配进行了相应的理论分析,理论结果与实验值较为一致。 A dual - signal QPM optical parametric output with angular tuning was achieved by using a 1064 nm laser output from an acousto - optic Q - switched Nd: YVO_4 laser to pump periodically polarized MgO - doped LiNbO_3 (PPMgLN) crystals. The PPMgLN crystal has a length of 50 mm and a periodic phase reversal structure with a polarization period of 29.6 μm and a phase inversion period of 6.808 mm. The polarization of the PPMgLN crystal is produced by applying an electric field polarization method, and the polarization proceeds along the z direction of the crystal. In the range of 0 ° ~ 8 ° outside the crystal rotation angle, the fast tuning output of the double signal light in the 1474.8 ~ 1479 nm and 1489.5 ~ 1495.2 nm bands was achieved. The corresponding theoretical analysis is carried out on the quasi-phase matching of angle tuning. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental values.
