采用实证研究方法,选择沪深2004-2010年以煤炭行业为核心样本的42家并购公司及配比的351家公司进行研究,构建了核心竞争力评价模型,分析了公司并购前后核心竞争力的变化。得出公司通过并购行为能够提升核心竞争力的结论。
Empirical research methods were used to select 42 M & A companies and 351 companies with the coal industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2004 to 2010. The core competitiveness evaluation model was constructed and the core competitiveness of the company before and after M & A was analyzed Variety.
