4146(6146)柴油机和 C—80推土机发动机连杆轴瓦原设计是用巴氏合金,发动机经大修后,运转1000小时左右常发生连杆上瓦合金层脱落。如不及时发现和采取措施,会造成重大机械事故。事故往往发生在现场紧张施工时刻,这不仅给修理工作带来困难,且要影响施工的正常进行。据我们分析,上瓦合金层脱落的原因主要在于该机连杆上瓦受冲击较大,不适宜使用巴氏合金。当现场紧张施工时发动机温度升高,巴氏合金强度下降,更容易发生合金层脱落现
