NBS-500型水下局部排水半自动焊机是哈尔滨焊接研究所近年研究成功的新型水下焊接设备。具有轻便、灵活的特点。焊接接头的质量可以满足国际上常用的API 1104规程的要求,是近海工程中不可缺少的水下焊接设备。本焊机由ZDS-500型电源,SX-Ⅲ型水下送丝箱和SQ-Ⅲ型水下半自动焊枪,以及供气系统等几部分组成。焊枪利用保护气体(CO_2或其它惰性气体或混合气体)将其腔体内的水排出枪外,使电弧周围的局部空间保持“干”的状态,从而有效地解决了水下焊接中可见度差、焊缝金属含氢量高和接头区硬度高的问题。该焊枪获国家科委颁发的创造发明三等奖。本焊机具有如下特点:①SQ-Ⅲ型水下半自动焊枪在焊接时与潜水焊工的潜水面罩或头盔相联接,完全排除了水及气泡对焊工视线的影响。②保护气体进入枪体的位置及方式安排得恰当,使焊接时产生的烟尘能及时被排出,焊接熔池清晰可见。③潜水焊工在必要时可以单手操作,而利用另一只手辅助保持身体在失重条件下的平衡。④可进行全位置及不同接头型式(如搭接、对接、角接)的焊接。⑤采用合适的保护气体,焊缝扩散氢含量低于
