随着我国交通事业的快速发展,高速公路日渐成为货运和客运的主要方式之一。目前,在党中央和各级地方政府的支持下,全国的高速公路网络逐渐形成,高速公路运营单位的管理压力也随之增加。笔者从当前的实际情况出发,首先简要论述了高速公路运营单位财务管理的基本内容,并在此基础上对运营单位财务管理存在的问题进行了概述,并对如何有效在运营单位中开展财务管理提出了几点个人看法。
