面对大都市新一轮大规模大深度盾构施工的来临,以某区间隧道工程实例为背景,针对盾构穿越上海深部硬粘土与承压水砂层的特殊复合地层,从盾构机总推力、推进速度与盾构姿态等施工参数入手,对管片的破碎情况做了调查分析,最后对地表的纵、横向沉降曲线作了深入的分析,明确了施工中掘进效率下降,盾构偏离设计轴线,管片破碎严重,地表沉降变形加剧的主要原因,得出了地层的变形规律,并提出了相应的控制措施,研究结果为后续类似工程的设计与施工积累经验。
