目的观察E838对小鼠宫颈癌、肺腺癌的治疗效果。方法IRM2小鼠皮下接种宫颈癌(U14)、肺腺癌(LA795)瘤细胞,取E838三个剂量5mgkg、7.5mgkg、10mgkg对小鼠U14、LA795进行治疗,观察荷瘤小鼠生长情况和肿瘤生长曲线,测定肿瘤生长抑制率和骨髓有核细胞(BMC)数及脾脏、胸腺重量的变化。结果E83855mgkg、7.5mgkg、10mgkg三个剂量对小鼠U14的抑瘤率分别为36.8%、64.3%、49.7%,对LA795的抑瘤率分别为46%、60%、58%,BMC数均高于对照组,肿瘤生长也较对照组慢。结论E838对小鼠U14、LA795肿瘤的生长有明显的抑制作用和刺激骨髓细胞增殖功能。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of E838 on mouse cervical cancer and lung adenocarcinoma. Methods IRM2 mice were inoculated subcutaneously with cervical cancer (U14) and lung adenocarcinoma (LA795) tumor cells. Three doses of E838 (5mgkg, 7.5mgkg and 10mgkg) were used to treat mice U14 and LA795. Growth curve, determination of tumor growth inhibition rate and number of bone marrow nucleated cells (BMC) and spleen, thymus weight changes. Results The inhibitory rates of three doses of E83855mgkg, 7.5mgkg and 10mgkg on mice U14 were 36.8%, 64.3% and 49.7%, respectively. The inhibition rates of LA795 to the mice were 46%, 60% and 58% In the control group, tumor growth was slower than that in the control group. Conclusion E838 can significantly inhibit the growth of mouse U14 and LA795 tumors and stimulate the proliferation of bone marrow cells.
