低碳经济(LCE)是一种可持续发展的经济发展形态,是人类社会健康、可持续发展的重大课题,主要对制度、技术、产业、能源等方面的创新,实质是以低能耗、低排放和低污染为前提,减少不可再生能源的利用率,降低温室效应,通过高效利用清洁能源来发展绿色GDP,实现生态环境与经济社会发展相平衡的局面。节能、环保、成本等LCE问题给信息通讯技术(ICT)产业带来了机遇和挑战。本文针对低碳经济在信息通讯技术方面的应用进行研究,阐述了低碳经济在信息通讯技术应用的前景。
Low-carbon economy (LCE) is a sustainable development of economic development, human society is a healthy and sustainable development of major issues, mainly on the system, technology, industry, energy and other aspects of innovation, in essence, low-power, low Emissions and low pollution as the prerequisite to reduce the utilization of non-renewable energy, reduce the greenhouse effect, through the efficient use of clean energy to develop green GDP, the ecological environment and economic and social development to balance the situation. LCE issues such as energy conservation, environmental protection and cost have brought opportunities and challenges to the information and communication technology (ICT) industry. This paper studies the application of low-carbon economy in information and communication technology, and expounds the prospect of low-carbon economy in the application of ICT.
