相移干涉术(Phase-Shifting Interferometry,PSI)是波前再现及光学检测的重要手段。传统PSI需要三幅以上干涉图,各步相移量必须为确定的特殊值2π/N(N为整数),而相移器不可避免的实际误差会对测量精度带来严重影响。针对以上问题,我们提出了可以应用任意未知相移的广义相移干涉术(Generalized Phase-Shifting Interferometry,GPSI)的概念。在GPSI中,每步相移量不仅可以是0~π之间彼此不等的任意值,而且一般来说可以是未知的。利用
Phase-Shifting Interferometry (PSI) is an important means of wavefront reconstruction and optical detection. Conventional PSI requires more than three interferograms. The amount of phase shift in each step must be a fixed special value of 2π / N (N is an integer), and the actual error that can not be avoided by the phase shifter can seriously affect the measurement accuracy. In view of the above problem, we propose the concept of Generalized Phase-Shifting Interferometry (GPSI) which can apply any unknown phase shift. In GPSI, the amount of phase shift per step can be not only arbitrarily different from 0 to π, but also generally unknown. use
