近年来,我国企业对科技进步日益重视,科学技术在发展企业生产经营中发挥着越来越大的“核聚变”效能。然而,作为科学技术重要组成部分的企业科研工作,却相对比较薄弱。不少企业认为,科研是科研单位的事,企业科技进步就是搞科技成果应用,似乎企业搞科研没有必要,也难有作为。这是一种误解。为了加快我国企业的科技进步,特别是促使科研成果的内部直线转化,强化企业科研已刻不容缓。
In recent years, Chinese enterprises have paid more and more attention to scientific and technological progress, and science and technology are playing an increasingly large role in the development of corporate production and management. However, corporate scientific research as an important part of science and technology is relatively weak. Many companies believe that scientific research is a matter for scientific research units. The progress of scientific and technological enterprises is the application of scientific and technological achievements. It seems that it is not necessary for enterprises to engage in scientific research, and it is difficult to do anything. This is a misunderstanding. In order to accelerate the scientific and technological progress of Chinese enterprises, in particular to promote the internal straight-line transformation of scientific research results, it is urgent to strengthen corporate scientific research.
